Scorpions - Still Loving You has become a classic heavy metal ballad. Scorpions are one of hard rocks longest running and most respected bands. This song is played in the key of G Minor and follows the G Natural Minor scale.
Scorpions - Still Loving You - Intro
Still Loving You starts out with a quiet clean electric guitar that plays the intro. The chords are G minor D# major 7 and D 7. The tricky part is to play the moving bass line under the G chord. This is why I play it in the key of G minor. It allows for an open D at the beginning and makes the rest of the bass notes much easier to reach.
