At the time of recording this video, I looked at these 8 tips as easy ideas that may take a player a while to learn, as they aren’t generally included in standard teaching practices. I really didn’t think how complex/deep these tips might be to some.
Definitely the tip that received the most concern was muting a guitar with a hair band, scrunchie… or sock. Admittedly, the sock is likely only going to be saved for if a player finds themselves in a REAL bind ;)
But you all had a lot to say about that tip that had me really thinking about it in a new way. While I was answering these questions, I was able to learn a lot myself. So I thank you for that!
